a two month guided journey INWARD to reset your mind, body, and nervous system. two month's of learning how to trust yourself and life again, how to unlock your intuition, & come home to yourself in a way like never before which will help to propel you forward into your dreamiest, most aligned future what's included in these 2 months: - a welcome call to discuss the program, your overarching goals, a check in to your chakras and where blocks are/what old programs are running for you, and a chance for you to ask any questions you may have - we will meet every week on a call and also do a reiki + breathwork session (a total of 10 sessions) - you will be required to do a 45 minute breathwork practice on your own once a week - guided audio will be provided - you will be held with non-conditional love and safety so that you can enter into a level of full surrender - you will have 24/7 access to me at any level of support you need via my cell phone number or an exclusive telegram channel - you will have access to my guides/workshops on intuition, chakras, EFT tapping, shadow work, etc. and I will make some on other categories depending on your individual wants/needs/desires this is a completely individualized program suited to your wants, needs, desires, and goals. we will use different tools to access your subconscious and rewire your neural pathways and regulate your nervous system.
