a two month 1:1 guided journey INWARD to reset your mind, body, and nervous system. two month's of building new neural pathways, freeing your body from density + trauma, learning how to trust yourself and life again, & coming home to yourself in a way like never before which will help to propel you forward into your dreamiest, most aligned future the first 6 weeks we will be microdosing and the last 2 weeks will be about integration. come join me in this soul cocooning space so that you can microdose with intention. so often I hear about people not getting the results they want, because they haven't learned how to WORK WITH the medicine. this program is a fusion of reiki, breathwork, and plant medicine. its a powerful combination of 3 ancient healing modalities and has been life changing not only for me, but also my clients. what's included in these 2 months: - a free copy of The Shroom Journal: A Guide/Workbook to Microdosing - a welcome call to discuss the program, your overarching goals, speak about microdosing, a check in to your chakras and where blocks are/what old programs are running for you, and a chance for you to ask any questions you may have - we will meet every week on a call to have a check-in and do a reiki + breathwork session (a total of 8 sessions) - you will be required to do a 45 minute breathwork practice on your own once a week - discount on the Schedule 35 capsules - you will be held with non-conditional love and safety so that you can enter into a level of full surrender - you will have 24/7 access to me at any level of support you need via my cell phone number or an exclusive telegram channel this is a completely individualized program suited to your wants, needs, desires, and goals. in order to microdose you must be 21+ years old in the USA and 19+ in Canada. Cancellation Policy

No refunds -- this is a commitment to yourself and your healing! Rescheduling will need to be done at least 24 hours in advance. There will be a cancellation/no show fee, which is the full cost of the service, if you are unable to make your appointment without giving at least 24 hour prior notice. Menstrual policy: If Client has their bleed and cannot show up fully to the session it is ok to cancel same day and reschedule without penalty. If Coach has their bleed they also have the right to cancel and reschedule the same day without penalty. Please be on the look out in your email after booking to sign contract/waiver.
