Service Description

A powerful session. We will spend the first 25-35 minutes talking. connecting. where you can share what you are going through, your symptoms, triggers, work, relationships, where your mind goes, what lights you up - anything and everything you want to share happens in this time where we are grounding into the space together. We also discuss on your intentions and hopes for the session, you will learn how to do the breathwork, and you may share any questions/concerns you may have, and then we proceed with the healing session. During your session whether it is in person or online while you are doing the breathwork (anywhere from 30-40 minutes), and while you do the breathwork I will perform reiki and connect with your energy centers/chakras, higher realms and gather messages from your spirit team. Then I remove blocks, release the residue from your cells, remove cords, and help release unexpressed pain/trauma. This type of energy medicine works on your physical body, but also your mental/emotional and energetic bodies. After you finish the breathwork, we will discuss what came up for you during the breathwork, what you saw, felt, experienced and I will share what messages and downloads I received while you were doing the breathwork. You will leave the session feeling a deeper connection with yourself, a sense of peace and empowerment in your life, more clarity, vitality, and you'll feel your cells return to their natural effervescence along with individualized guidance for you moving forward *Follow Up Sessions recommended *To prepare for the session notify other people in your house that you will be requiring time to be present to this, and to make yourself a nest where you can be comfortable to receive. You will be laying down for the breathwork portion. You can bring an eye mask for the breathwork portion or any crystals you feel called to work with

Cancellation Policy

No refunds -- this is a commitment to yourself and your healing! Rescheduling will need to be done at least 24 hours in advance. There will be a cancellation/no show fee, which is the full cost of the service, if you are unable to make your appointment without giving at least 24 hour prior notice. Menstrual policy: If Client has their bleed and cannot show up fully to the session it is ok to cancel same day and reschedule without penalty. If Coach has their bleed they also have the right to cancel and reschedule the same day without penalty. Please be on the look out in your email after booking to sign contract/waiver.
