1/2 cup coffee + 1/2 cup oat milk

*option to add cacao nibs (I love tem for crunch)

STRAWBERRY ROSE SMOOTHIE

1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
3-4 ice cubes
1 scoop vanilla protein
1/2 cup strawberry rose coconut water (can sub normal coconut water & add 1 tbsp rose water)
1/2 cup oat milk

PINK DRAGON SMOOTHIE

1/2 frozen banana
1 dragon fruit pack
handful frozen papaya
1 cup frozen cauliflower
1 cup oat milk
1 scoop vanilla protein
2 tsp lucuma powder (optional)

PEANUT BUTTER & CHERRY

1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen cherries
1 cup frozen cauliflower
handful of ice
1 cup oat milk
1 scoop peanut butter protein powder
*optional* 1 tbsp superfood powder

1/2 frozen green banana
1/3 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen spinach
2-3 frozen cucumber slices
1 cup coconut milk
1 tbsp @jot coffee
1 scoop @nuzest_usa coffee protein + 1 tbsp cacao powder + 1 tsp maca powder
